Proposals to present at the 2024 Global DH Symposium will go through the Oxford Abstracts system. Because the proposal form is only visible when logged into Oxford Abstracts, we have included the questions and structure of the form below.

The virtual Symposium is fully able to support presentations in English and Spanish through live interpretation. The in-person Symposium will be in English. We are interested in supporting participation and presentation in additional languages as much as possible, within our capacity, so please reach out if you would prefer to engage with the conference in another language. We will do our best to accommodate you.
The deadline to submit a proposal is by the end of the day Monday, October 9, 2023, midnight in your timezone.

- Include your proposal below in 250-300 words.* If accepted, this proposal language will serve as the description for your presentation and will be shared on the Symposium program and abstracts page.
- Note that the Symposium uses a double-anonymous review process, so refrain from including names and identifying information in your proposal. The virtual symposium is able to support presentations in English and Spanish. The in-person symposium will support presentations in English. Proposals (abstracts) and presentations need not be given in the same language.

- Description: Add up to 4 keywords or phrases that describe or categorize your work. These will be used to assist in assigning reviewers.

Presenters and Affiliations*
- Description: Enter the names of ALL presenters/authors in the order in which you wish them to appear in the program.

- Author – asks for “First Name” and “Last Name” (required); there’s a checkbox for “Presenting” (required). There’s an email address field (required).
- Asks for Affiliations for each person (allows for each person to have multiple affiliations), which require input of “Institution”, “City”, and “Country” (country is a dropdown) – these are optional
