Accessible Building Entrance
Universal entry to the Main Library is provided at the South (back) entrance, with power-assisted doors. Power-assisted doors are also available at the North entrance.

Elevators
Elevators in both the East and West wings provide access to all floors of the Main Library. All elevators have Braille and tactile numbering and lettering both outside and inside each elevator.
Restrooms
A single-use restroom is available on the fourth floor (West) near the Green Room (the location of Symposium presentations). Another permanent single use restroom is located on the second floor (West) around the corner to the left and then right after exiting the elevator.
Drinking Fountains (all are Accessible)
- 1-West across from the Starbucks. Includes bottle filling station.
- 4-West near the Green Room [the primary location of Symposium presentations]. Includes bottle filling station.
Lactation Room
Lactation room: W103B (Across from Starbucks)
Open to the public but need a key from the Circulation desk.
Reflection Room
E226 (2nd floor east wing) (Open to public)
There is a Reflection Room available on the 2nd floor East of the Library, which is available for the purpose of silent prayer or meditation.
Sensory Room
W124 (located across from the Circulation Desk)
The MSU Libraries sensory room is a welcoming space designed to support sensory needs and well-being. It’s located across from the Circulation Desk in W124 and has the same hours as the Main Library.
